Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CRYPTYX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CRYPTYX provides digital asset intelligence including factor scores, composite rankings, atomic and composite signals, and AI-generated research narratives. The Service is designed for informational and analytical purposes only.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

CRYPTYX offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account page or the Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Early access grants time-limited complimentary access to paid features. Early access may be revoked or modified at our discretion. No guarantee of continued access is made beyond the stated period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data or outputs from the Service without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond your plan's API rate limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All proprietary algorithms, metrics computation engines, signal logic, factor models, and composite weight recipes are the exclusive intellectual property of CRYPTYX. Output data (scores, rankings, signals) delivered through the Service may be used within your organisation per your subscription terms but may not be redistributed commercially.

CRYPTYX provides data analytics and intelligence tools. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any digital asset. Conviction scores, signals, and regime classifications are quantitative outputs based on historical data and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision. Past performance of signals does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. CRYPTYX makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.

API access is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or published publicly.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal anonymous analytics and do not sell personal data to third parties.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYPTYX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
