Terms of Service

By accessing or using the CRYPTYX platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CRYPTYX provides digital asset intelligence including factor scores, composite rankings, atomic and composite signals, and AI-generated research narratives. The Service is designed for informational and analytical purposes only.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

CRYPTYX offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account page or the Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Early access grants time-limited complimentary access to paid features. Early access may be revoked or modified at our discretion. No guarantee of continued access is made beyond the stated period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense data or outputs from the Service without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond your plan's API rate limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All proprietary algorithms, metrics computation engines, signal logic, factor models, and composite weight recipes are the exclusive intellectual property of CRYPTYX. Output data (scores, rankings, signals) delivered through the Service may be used within your organisation per your subscription terms but may not be redistributed commercially.

Regulatory status: CRYPTYX Pty Ltd is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or regulated financial entity in any jurisdiction. The Service is not registered with, or supervised by, any financial regulatory authority.

Not financial advice: Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any digital asset or derivative instrument. Conviction scores, signals, regime classifications, and AI-generated narratives are quantitative outputs derived from mathematical models applied to historical data. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

Digital asset risk: Digital assets are highly speculative and volatile. Prices can fluctuate significantly in short periods, and you may lose your entire investment. Digital asset markets operate continuously and are largely unregulated in most jurisdictions.

Model limitations: All signals, scores, rankings, and backtested results are derived from quantitative models applied to historical data. Backtested and hypothetical results do not reflect actual trading, do not account for transaction costs or slippage, and are subject to look-ahead bias, survivorship bias, curve-fitting, and other known limitations of historical analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Third-party data: CRYPTYX relies on data from third-party providers including market data aggregators and exchanges. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Data errors, delays, or omissions by upstream providers may affect the outputs of the Service.

Jurisdictional restrictions: The Service is not directed at or intended for residents of any jurisdiction where the provision of such information would violate applicable law or regulation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for any losses you may incur. CRYPTYX makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis, and shall not be liable for any trading losses incurred in reliance on the Service.

API access is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or published publicly.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal anonymous analytics and do not sell personal data to third parties.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRYPTYX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
